COP CALLER - Complete Game Description

COP CALLER: The Neighborhood Revenge Simulator is a dark comedy narrative game created by happystoner5420 Games that puts players in the shoes of someone dealing with their nightmare neighbor, Dale.

Premise

Your neighbor is THE WORST. He parks on your lawn, his dog barks at 3 AM, plays death metal during your kid's birthday parties, "borrows" your packages, lets trash blow into your yard, and once called YOUR mom ugly to your face. You've had enough.

Gameplay

The game is played entirely through a 90's-style landline phone interface from your living room. Players can:

CALL 911: Report Dale to the authorities with various complaints. Choose your reports wisely - the crazier the better, but too many false calls have consequences
CALL NEIGHBOR: Confront Dale directly and give him a piece of your mind, letting him know the cops might be on the way
ANSWER INCOMING CALLS: Dale will call back to confront you about your reports
READ NEWSPAPER: See your neighborhood drama make the front page headlines

Game Mechanics

Three key meters track your progress:

ARREST PROGRESS: How close you are to getting Dale hauled off
911 ABUSE: How much you're misusing emergency services
DALE ANGER: How enraged your neighbor has become

Win/Lose Conditions

WIN: Reach 100% Arrest Progress to get Dale arrested
LOSE: Reach 100% 911 Abuse and become the one in trouble
