Lawyered – Can you win your case?

Step into court as counsel for the Applicant. The judge and the other side are throwing the books at you: law reports, statutes, the Constitution, even the bundle. Dodge, jump and duck until the hearing ends, and the court grants your order. Lose all your credibility and the order goes to the other side.

Work your way through five levels:

1. Judge's Chambers: a gentle 30-second warm-up.
2. Magistrate's Court: 45 seconds, and your client storms in to scream at you.
3. High Court: a full minute, and the books start coming two at a time.
4. Supreme Court of Appeal: three judges, the opposing party and his counsel. Fire back with arguments.
5. Constitutional Court: eight justices, your opponent, his senior and junior counsel. Two minutes to argue your case.
