📞 Answering Calls
Incoming 911 calls appear at the bottom bar. Press A or click ANSWER. Pick the best response to gather info and classify the emergency. Ignored or dismissed calls reduce public trust and score.
🗺️ The Map
Active incidents pulse as icons on the city map. Click any icon — or the incident card in the left panel — to open the live status window showing progress %, suppression stage, unit positions, and estimated resolution time.
🚔 Units & Dispatch
Units are listed in the right panel grouped by type. Click a unit card to view its status and dispatch it to an incident. Use + SEND MORE UNITS inside the incident window to add more resources. Units return to HQ automatically after resolution.
📊 Stats & Scoring
Score and reputation depend on response time, correct call handling, and incident resolution rate. At shift end you receive a performance grade (A–F). Improve your rank from Rookie Dispatcher to National Crisis Director across multiple shifts.
