You're homeless and broke. Your mission: survive the streets and grind your way to $5,000,000. Hit that number and you WIN. Run out of health or starve to death and it's GAME OVER.

• 💰 CASH — Your current money. Spend it wisely.
• ⏰ TIME — The clock wheel. Every action spends time. When the day ends you get hungrier.
• 🍔 HUNGER — Hits 0% and you start losing health. Eat regularly or die.
• ❤️ HEALTH — Reaches 0 and the game ends. Don't get beat up or starve.
• 🍺 DRUNK / 🌿 HIGH — High levels slow your thinking and affect outcomes. Wear off over time.
• 📅 DAY — How many days you've survived.
• ⚖️ DEBT — Unpaid debt eats into money you earn. Pay it off when you can.

Travel between locations using the map. Each trip costs time. Here's what each place offers:

• 🏚️ Alley (Home) — Your base. Sleep here to restore health and reset hunger. Upgrade to a tent for better sleep.
• 🍺 Larry's Liquor — Buy beer, cigarettes, scratch tickets, and snacks. Panhandle outside.
• 🍔 Burger Palace — Hot food. Best for hunger. Panhandle outside.
• 🛒 City Market — Groceries, bread, fruit, energy drinks. Cheapest food. Sweep floors for cash.
• 🎰 Lucky Star Casino — Slots, blackjack, and pool. High risk, high reward.
• 🌿 Green Leaf Dispensary — Weed products. Gets you high. Affects gameplay.
• 🍻 The Rusty Nail Bar — Drinks, food, and pool table in the back. Talk to Big Mike.
• 🔫 Iron Eagle Gun Shop — Buy weapons and pipe bombs. Needed for robberies and demolition.
• 🚻 Public Restroom — Use the toilet, take a bird bath (free), or pay for a shower.
• 🎮 Lucky Games Arcade — Play four arcade mini-games for money. See the Game House section below.

Stand outside stores and beg for change. Available at: Liquor Store, Burger Palace, Market, Dispensary.

• Each panhandle attempt spends time and gives a small random amount.
• Being drunk or high can hurt or help your odds depending on level.
• Anger the store manager and they'll call the cops.
• NPCs passing by may give you money, ignore you, or tell you off.

Enter any store with a 🛒 icon and browse their inventory. Click an item to buy it. Bought items go to your Inventory (🎒 button, bottom bar).

• Food & Drink — Restores hunger. Some drinks increase drunk/high levels.
• Cigarettes — Small health penalty but calms nerves.
• Scratch Tickets — Gambling. Win up to $500 per ticket.
• Tent — Upgrade your home from a cardboard box. Better sleep recovery.
• Clean Shirt — Improves panhandling income.
• Energy Drink — Restores time on the clock.
• 🛌 Sleeping Bag — $120. Grants +25 bonus health every time you sleep. One-time purchase.
• 🔥 Portable Stove — $85. Required to cook raw food at your camp. One-time purchase.
• 🥩 Raw Steak — $12. Cook within 3 days or it spoils and is lost forever.
• 🧊 Frozen Dinner — $8. Heat on your stove within 3 days or it spoils.

Buy a Portable Stove ($85) and raw food at the City Market, then cook at your Alley camp for the best meals in the game.

• Step 1: Buy a Portable Stove from the City Market ($85, one-time).
• Step 2: Buy Raw Steak ($12) or Frozen Dinner ($8) from the same market.
• Step 3: Travel to the Alley (Home) — cooking only works at your camp.
• Step 4: Open your Inventory (🎒 button) and click the Portable Stove or either food item.
• Step 5: The 🔥 Camp Cooking screen opens. Click "Cook it!" next to the item. It's eaten immediately.

• 🥩 Raw Steak → Cooked Steak — +80 hunger, +10 health. Best single meal in the game.
• 🧊 Frozen Dinner → Hot Meal — +55 hunger, +5 health. Great budget option.

• Raw Steak and Frozen Dinner spoil after 3 days (sleeps) if left uncooked.
• Each time you sleep, the spoil timer counts down. You'll see a warning notification.
• On day 3 with no cooking, the item is automatically destroyed from your inventory.

Three ways to gamble at Lucky Star:

• 🎰 Slots — Bet $1–$500. Spin the reels. Match symbols to win. Jackpot pays 50×.
• 🃏 Blackjack — Classic 21. Natural blackjack pays 2.5×. Dealer stands on 17.
• 🎱 Pool — Bet against the house. Pot the 8-ball last to win. CPU is a skilled opponent.

Pool is available at both the Casino and the Bar. Same controls apply at both locations.

• Move mouse — Aim the cue stick around the cue ball.
• Scroll wheel or right-click drag — Adjust shot power (watch the power bar).
• Left-click — Take the shot.
• After the break, choose Stripes or Solids based on which type first drops in a pocket.
• Pot the 8-ball last (after clearing your group) to win. Pot it early = instant loss.
• Scratch (cue ball in pocket) on the 8-ball = you lose.

💡 Tip: The CPU has a slight error chance — be patient and play your best shots. Low power tap shots on tight angles work well.

• Order drinks and food from bartender Big Mike — cheaper per unit than most stores.
• Play pool in the back room and bet money against the house.
• Stacking drinks raises your drunk level — being too drunk causes bad dialogue outcomes and affects other actions.
• Food at the bar restores hunger.

Travel to Lucky Games Arcade on the map, then hit 🚪 Enter Store. Talk to Rick the clerk and pick a game. Each game costs money to play and pays out on a win.

• 🎯 Hangman — $10 per game, win $50
  Guess the hidden word one letter at a time. You get 6 wrong guesses before the man hangs. 24 themed street words. Click the on-screen keyboard or press keyboard keys to guess letters. Guess the full word before you run out of chances.
• ❌⭕ Tic-Tac-Toe — $20 per game, win $80
  Classic 3×3 grid against a computer opponent. The CPU uses a near-perfect strategy — you can draw but winning is very hard. Click any empty square to place your X. Win by getting 3 in a row (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal). A draw still loses your entry fee.
• 🃏 Solitaire — $30 per game, win $150
  Full Klondike Solitaire. Move cards between tableau columns and build the four foundation piles (A through K, by suit). Click stock pile to draw cards. Click a card to select it, then click a valid destination to move it. Double-click a card to auto-move it to the foundation if possible. Get all 52 cards onto the four foundations to win.
• 🎳 Bowling — $40 per game, win $200
  10-frame bowling on a photo-real lane. Three-click system per throw: 1st click sets your aim angle, 2nd click sets your power, 3rd click releases the ball. Score 50+ points out of 10 frames to win. Strikes and spares are tracked on the scoreboard. Your ball curves based on aim — aim carefully!

• All games are single-player vs. the house — entry fee is non-refundable whether you win or lose.
• Click "Play Again" after each game to replay (costs the entry fee again).
• Click "Back to Games" to return to the game selection menu.
• You need enough cash to cover the entry fee or the game won't start.

Return to the Alley and choose Sleep. This advances the day, restores health, and resets your hunger clock. Skipping sleep makes you weaker over time.

• Cardboard Box (default) — Basic shelter. Restores some health per sleep.
• Tent ($2,000 at Market) — Better shelter. Restores significantly more health.
• 🛌 Sleeping Bag ($120 at Market) — Stacks with any shelter. Adds a flat +25 health bonus every sleep on top of your shelter recovery. Best early investment.

Anger store managers, cause trouble, or fail a robbery — and Officer Hardass shows up.

• Tell off a manager — Raises anger level. Enough warnings = cop called.
• Cop arrives — You can: talk your way out, act crazy, run, or fight.
• Running — ~45% base chance. Higher if healthy.
• Fighting — Risky. You can win (loot ~$20–$100 from the cop) but you can also die.
• Arrested — Lose time, pay a fine. If you can't afford it, debt increases.

Visit the gun shop on the map to buy weapons and explosives. Earl the clerk is suspicious — don't mouth off.

• 🔪 Combat Knife — $80. 35% robbery success.
• 🔫 9mm Handgun — $400. 60% robbery success.
• 💥 Pump Shotgun — $900. 78% robbery success.
• ⚔️ Assault Rifle — $2,200. 92% robbery success.

• 💣 Pipe Bomb — $350 each. Stackable — buy as many as you want. Used to blow up buildings. See the Pipe Bomb section below.

Once you own a weapon, the 💰 PLAN A ROBBERY button appears in the gun shop, and a 🔫 ROB THIS PLACE option appears at every robbable location.

Buy a Lighter ($8) and a Gas Can ($35) from the City Market, then visit any burnable location to torch it.

• Step 2: Travel to a burnable location (Liquor Store, Burger Palace, Market, Casino, Dispensary, or Bar).
• Step 3: A 🔥 BURN IT DOWN button appears in your action choices. Click it.
• Step 4: The Arson screen opens — check your supplies and odds, then click "DO IT — BURN IT DOWN".

• 🍻 Bar — 72%  |  🌿 Dispensary — 70%  |  🍺 Liquor Store — 68%
• 🍔 Burger Palace — 65%  |  🛒 City Market — 62%  |  🎰 Casino — 45%
• Lighter only: 15%  |  Gas can only: 5%

• A newspaper overlay appears — The City Chronicle front page with a unique story and Fire Chief Blaze quote.
• After reading, a police investigation may begin (40% chance a detective questions you). Give an alibi, deny, or run.
• The burned building is permanently closed for the rest of the game session.

• A witness spots you → Run (45–65% escape based on health) or face the cops.

⚠️ Burning the Market or Dispensary cuts off food and cooking supplies for the rest of the game.

Buy a Pipe Bomb ($350) from the Iron Eagle Gun Shop, then visit any target location to demolish it completely.

• Step 1: Buy a Pipe Bomb ($350) at the gun shop. You can carry multiple — buy as many as you want.
• Step 2: Travel to any bombable location (Liquor Store, Burger Palace, Market, Casino, Dispensary, Bar, or Lucky Games Arcade).
• Step 3: A 💥 PLANT PIPE BOMB button appears in your action choices at the bottom. Click it.
• Step 4: The Pipe Bomb screen opens. Check your odds, then click "LIGHT THE FUSE — BLOW IT UP".
• Step 5: The screen flashes white — BOOM. Check the result.

• 🍻 Bar — 67%  |  🌿 Dispensary — 65%  |  🍔 Burger Palace — 63%
• 🍺 Liquor Store — 62%  |  🛒 City Market — 60%  |  🎮 Arcade — 58%  |  🎰 Casino — 50%
• 💡 Higher health = steadier hands = slightly better odds.

• Screen flashes white with an explosion effect.
• A BREAKING NEWS newspaper appears — unique multi-paragraph bomb story for each location, rubble photo, and an ATF/Bomb Squad quote.
• After reading the paper, an ATF investigation may begin (55% chance). Give an alibi, deny, or run.
• The bombed building is permanently destroyed (💥 BLOWN UP) — completely different from arson. The scene shows rubble with a cop on site instead of fire.

• The bomb goes off too early. Screen flashes white.
• A witness photographs your face. SWAT Force ×4 is dispatched immediately — maximum response, same as assault rifle robbery.
• You can run (~30–45% chance based on health) or fight (near-suicidal).

⚠️ Pipe bomb is a federal crime. Failure means the hardest possible SWAT battle. Make sure your health is high before attempting. Bombing the Market or Dispensary cuts off food supplies for the rest of the game.
