- Smarter Guests: Most people are normal gamblers, a smaller number are unstable, and heavy drinking can push some guests into trouble.
- Security Response: Click a problem guest and hit "SEND BOUNCER" to remove them before fights, vandalism, cheating, or outbursts hurt guest happiness.
- Weekly Reports: Every seven in-game days you get a performance report with happiness, money, response rate, and any penalties.
- Penalties: If happiness falls too low or you ignore too many incidents, you are charged $10,000 at the end of the week. At 100 penalties, you lose.
