HOW TO PLAY

Goal: Yank every cavity-rotten tooth before the 4-minute timer runs out. Healthy teeth = DO NOT touch.
Loosen first, then pull: work a tooth loose with the Drill, Hammer, Chisel or Hook (watch the red ring fill up) — a loose tooth pulls out FAST.
1 Pliers Hold & drag down to pull. Standard yanking.
2 Drill Hold on a tooth to drill it loose. Blood + bone dust included.
3 Hammer Click a tooth to WHACK it loose. Very effective. Very messy.
4 Chisel Hold on a tooth to wedge it loose. Slips cut the gums...
5 Syringe Click a tooth to NUMB it + its neighbours. Numbed teeth = no screaming, less pain, faster pulls, bonus score.
6 Hook Hold on a tooth to dig under the gumline. Bloody but effective.
7 Wrench Pulls harder than pliers — but the patient REALLY feels it.
PAIN METER: un-numbed work hurts. Over 75% the patient thrashes — everything shakes and pulling gets harder. Numb him!
Gums: drag a sharp tool (drill / chisel / hook) across the gums and you'll slice them open. Arterial spray. The blood bath rises...
Right-click cancels. ESC returns to the menu.
Healthy white teeth CAN be pulled... you monster. Each one costs -75 points and a malpractice mark — but hey, free will.
