HOSPITAL SIM

Goal: Start with a blank lot. Build complete rooms, hire staff, and cure (or don't) the endless stream of patients. Keep money and reputation above zero.

🏗️ Building rooms

Click 🏗️ Build (or press B), pick a room, then click the grass to place it. Every room comes fully furnished — walls, floor, door, and all its equipment. Start with a Reception Lobby so patients can check in. Then add a Doctor's Office, Pharmacy, Surgery Room, Recovery Ward, a Restroom, and a Break Room. Use 🧨 Demolish to sell a room back for 50%.

☕ Staff breaks

Click ☕ Go on Break on the bottom bar to send every staff member to the Break Room for coffee, snacks and a restroom stop. Patients head back to the waiting rooms while they're away. Click 🔔 Back to Work to bring everyone back.

👥 Hiring

Click 👥 Hire → pick a role. You can only hire once the matching room is built: Receptionist (Reception Lobby), Doctor (Doctor's Office), Nurse (Pharmacy), Surgeon (Surgery Room). Staff collect a daily wage.

🚑 Patient flow

Patients arrive, check in at the Reception Desk, then the receptionist routes them to the right room: Exam Table (diagnosis), Med Station (pills), Injection Cart (shots), Surgery Table (surgery), and Recovery Beds. Patients lie down on the tables during exams and surgery.

💀 Death & drama

Treatments can fail — wrong meds, shaky surgeon hands. Patients can die. That hurts reputation. Keep them alive (or at least moving) to get paid.
