Exporting games from Game Maker Studio takes only a couple of steps. You will require the HTML5 export license that doesn't come with game maker by default.
If you have got the HTML5 exporter then change your games target to HTML5
Then all you need to do is save the application. Make sure you save it in an empty folder.
Then navigate to the folder you saved in and you should see a file structure like this:
Just create a zip archive with all of these files and folders then upload the zip archive!
