Uploading your Unity 5 games to this site is really easy. You will need to make sure you download and install the webgl exporter for unity 5.
All you need to do is go to "File > Build Settings" then select WebGL and then build. Make sure you point it to an empty folder:
Then make sure all the game files are added to a zip file. Read this to find out how your game files should be added to a zip.
