What is Property Rush? Property Rush is a Board browser game you can play instantly online with no downloads. Perfect for Board enthusiasts.

Property Rush is an independent Monopoly-style property-trading board game for 2 to 6 players, played free in the browser. Land on a city nobody owns and buy it; everyone who stops there afterwards pays you rent. Own a whole country and its rent doubles. A city someone declines goes to auction.

Trade with rivals, mortgage or sell when cash runs short, and build to raise the rent. The last player standing wins, or the richest when the host's round limit runs out. A game takes about 45 minutes.

How to play: mouse or touch. Tap Roll, then buy, trade, build or bid from the buttons on screen.

Make a table, share the five-letter room code, and friends join from any phone or laptop. Guests need no account and there is nothing to download. Made by Boardit, where you can also play Ludo, Snakes and Ladders, Trivia Tavern, Who's the Spy and Draw and Guess.
