  • Terra Classic wallet address (optional): Only if you choose to participate in our iDev Token redemption program. This is completely optional and only collected if you voluntarily provide it to redeem tokens

We do NOT collect: Real names, phone numbers, physical addresses, payment card information (handled by PayPal), or IP addresses for user tracking purposes.

Usage Data

We collect non-identifiable usage statistics to improve our Service:

  • Game play statistics: Which games you play, play time, scores, and achievements (linked to your account, not to your personal identity)
  • Account activity: Games uploaded, posts created, comments, likes, and interactions on the platform
  • Preferences: Settings and customizations you make to your account

Important: We do NOT collect or store your IP address for tracking purposes. IP addresses are only processed by Cloudflare for security (DDoS protection) and are not stored by us. We do NOT use Google Analytics or any third-party marketing/tracking tools.

Cloudflare

We use Cloudflare for CDN, security, and performance optimization. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request data to provide DDoS protection, caching, and analytics. Cloudflare is GDPR compliant.

Google reCAPTCHA v3

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on our registration page to prevent spam and automated account creation. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (browser, device data) and analyzes user interactions to assess whether a user is human. This data is processed by Google.

PayPal

When you make purchases through our in-game shop, payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your payment card information. PayPal collects and processes payment data according to their privacy policy.

YouTube Embeds

Users can embed YouTube videos on their game profile pages. When you view a page with an embedded YouTube video, YouTube may set cookies and collect data about your viewing. We have no control over YouTube's data collection.

iDev Token Redemption (Optional)

We offer an optional token redemption program where users can earn iDev Tokens through platform activity and redeem them for Terra Classic (LUNC) cryptocurrency.

What We Collect

If you choose to participate in token redemption:

  • Terra Classic wallet address: Required to send redeemed tokens to your wallet
  • Redemption transactions: Records of token redemptions for accounting and tax compliance

Important Information

  • Participation is completely optional - You can use iDev Games without ever providing a wallet address
  • Wallet addresses are public blockchain data - Terra Classic wallet addresses are public on the blockchain and not considered private information
  • We do not control the blockchain - Once tokens are sent to your wallet, the transaction is recorded on the Terra Classic blockchain, which we do not control
  • Tax compliance: We retain redemption records for legal and tax compliance purposes
  • No private keys: We never ask for or store your wallet private keys or seed phrases

User-Uploaded Games and Third-Party Content

iDev Games is a platform that allows users to upload and share their own games. We do not create, develop, or control the games uploaded by our users.

Developer Responsibility

Important: Individual games uploaded by developers may contain their own code, scripts, analytics, or cookies that we do not control. Each game developer is solely responsible for:

  • Any data collection, cookies, or tracking within their games
  • Complying with applicable privacy laws for their games
  • Providing their own privacy notices if their games collect data
  • Ensuring their games are appropriate for the stated age requirements

We do not review, control, or take responsibility for the privacy practices of individual games uploaded to our platform. If you have concerns about a specific game's data collection practices, please contact the game developer directly or report the game to us at [email protected].

Platform vs. Game Data Collection

To clarify:

  • iDev Games Platform: Only collects email, username, and gameplay statistics as described in this Privacy Policy
  • Individual Games: May have their own data collection practices that are outside our control and not covered by this Privacy Policy

  • We may retain: Anonymized gameplay statistics (not linked to you personally), public comments/posts (which may be anonymized rather than deleted to preserve community discussions), and transaction records required for legal/tax compliance
  • We cannot delete: Data we don't collect - we don't store your IP address, browsing history outside our site, or any personal information beyond email and username

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our Service and comply with legal obligations:

  • Active Accounts: Data retained while your account is active

Children's Privacy

Use by Schools and Educational Institutions

Schools and educational institutions may use our Service with students under the age of 13. In such cases:

  • The school or institution acts as the authorized agent under COPPA and is responsible for obtaining any necessary parental consent
  • We collect only the minimum information necessary: username and email address
  • Game play statistics are linked to the account but are not personally identifiable outside the platform
  • We do not collect IP addresses, real names, or any additional personal information from students
  • We do not use student data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than providing the gaming platform
  • Schools can request bulk deletion of student accounts at any time
  • Token redemption: The optional iDev Token redemption program requiring a cryptocurrency wallet address is not recommended for children under 13 and should only be used with explicit parental or school authorization

Parental Rights and Consent

If you are a parent or guardian and your child (under 13) is using our Service:

  • Parental consent is required for children under 13 to create an account (unless accessing through a school)
  • We only collect an email address and username - no other personal information
  • Parents can request to review their child's account data (email, username, game statistics)
  • Parents can request deletion of their child's account at any time
  • We do not collect, store, or track IP addresses, real names, locations, or any identifying information beyond the account email and username
  • Token redemption: If your child wishes to participate in the iDev Token redemption program (which requires a cryptocurrency wallet address), we strongly recommend parental involvement and authorization before providing any wallet information

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
