Surgeon Simulator Extreme - Complete Game Description

Overview

A dark comedy surgery simulation game where you perform operations on patients who have swallowed bizarre objects or have tumors. Extract foreign objects, remove tumors, and stitch them up before they bleed out!

Gameplay

Objective

• Cut into the patient at marked surgery sites
• Open the incision with your hand
• Extract all foreign objects with forceps
• Remove any tumors
• Suture the wounds closed before the patient bleeds to death

Tools (Number Keys 1-9)

1. Scalpel - Cut incisions into the patient
2. Forceps - Extract foreign objects from open wounds
3. Suture - Stitch wounds closed to stop bleeding
4. Hand - Open incisions after cutting
5. Syringe - Administer anesthesia (reduces pain)
6. Bone Saw - Cut bones and amputate limbs (male arms only)
7. Clamp - Reduce blood loss temporarily
8. Vacuum - Suction blood
9. Defibrillator - Revive patient (if needed)

Patients

• 100 randomly generated patients (50 male, 50 female)
• Random names with optional nicknames
• 1-3 surgery sites per patient (weighted: 35% one, 35% two, 30% three)
• 3-site patients have 40% slower blood loss for balance

Original: watch, keys, phone, coin, toy, battery, nail, marble, ring, dice, lego, button, screw, magnet, whistle

New: bullet, shrapnel, glass_shard, needle, fishbone, toothpick, razor_blade, thumbtack, staple, paperclip, earring, tooth, bone_fragment, splinter, bb_pellet, dart_tip

Tumors

• 70% chance of having tumors
• 1-4 tumors per patient
• Can appear on: heart, lungs, liver, stomach, kidneys, spleen, pancreas, intestine

Organ Damage System

Cutting organs (when incision is open) causes:

• Heart - Massive blood spray, continuous gushing, rapid death
• Lungs - Oxygen drops continuously (hypoxia)
• Liver - Heavy continuous bleeding
• Spleen - Severe continuous bleeding
• Kidneys - Moderate bleeding
• Stomach - Acid leak
• Intestines - Sepsis risk

Arm Surgery (Male Only)

• Male patients have arm surgery sites
• Bone saw can amputate arms - causes massive blood spray (80 particles, +300 blood loss)
• Arm sites contain bone fragments

Vitals & Death Conditions

• Blood Loss > 800 = Death (bleeding out)
• Heart Rate > 200 or < 20 = Cardiac arrest
• Oxygen < 60% = Hypoxia death
• Pain at 100% (no anesthesia) = Chance of shock death

Blood & Gore

• Violent blood spray during cutting (5-8 particles per cut)
• Continuous bleeding from open wounds
• Organ damage causes dramatic blood fountains
• Unlimited cuts and stitches allowed

• Mouse - Aim/use tools

• Mouse Wheel - Zoom in/out
• Click & Drag - Cut/suture along path

Scoring

• Points for extracting objects
• Points for removing tumors
• Bonus for completing surgery quickly
• Penalties for patient death
