Game Concept

You play as a "dentist" (use that term loosely) tasked with yanking out every cavity-rotten tooth from a patient's mouth within a 4-minute time limit. The catch? Every action hurts, every tool causes carnage, and the patient's mouth gradually fills with blood as you work. The game balances strategic tool usage with macabre humor and visceral visual feedback.

 

Core Objective

Primary Goal: Extract all rotten (cavity-damaged) teeth before the timer expires

Secondary Objective: Avoid pulling healthy white teeth (costs -75 points and counts as malpractice)

Win Condition: Pull all rotten teeth within 240 seconds

Lose Condition: Timer runs out, or the patient drowns in their own blood bath

Tool Function Strategy

1. Pliers Standard yanking — hold and drag down to pull Basic extraction tool for already-loosened teeth

2. Drill Hold on tooth to drill it loose (creates blood + bone dust) Loosens teeth efficiently but causes significant bleeding

3. Hammer Click to instantly whack a tooth loose One-hit loosening, extremely messy, loud cracks

4. Chisel Hold to wedge tooth loose (slips cut gums badly) Precision tool that's dangerous if you miss

5. Syringe Click to numb target tooth + neighbors Critical pain management — numbed teeth = faster pulls, bonus points, less screaming

6. Hook Hold to dig under gumline and loosen Bloody but effective loosening method

7. Wrench Pulls harder than pliers but patient REALLY feels it Power extraction at the cost of extreme pain

Strategic Tip: Most teeth need to be loosened first (with drill/hammer/chisel/hook) before they can be pulled efficiently. Watch for the red ring to fill around the tooth as you loosen it.
