How to make a game more lively even if it's simple.

      Small NPCs without dialogue: Here we are not talking about NPCs with dialogue boxes like in RPG games, but rather small insects, animals or monsters or ghosts, NPCs that give life to the environment and that have a certain reaction with the player, whether running away or disappearing or wandering around the level.

      Still animation: Animations are good even if they are simple, they give the character a character, still waiting animations are very attractive and have an attractive niche for YouTubers who are curiosity developers.

     NPCs with or without dialogue: Incredibly, you have a simple game that you certainly imagined a really cool story, well why not put an NPC to tell a little about that world, even if you don't have knowledge in creating text boxes, create an NPC sprite with an image box bigger than it and when the player collides, change it to a sprite with a text box drawn next to it.
